Celebrating your senior year of high school is an incredible milestone, and there is no better way to kick off the celebrations than with a custom portrait session! I recently had the absolute honor of photographing Arya for her senior photos right here in the St. Louis area, and to say she absolutely shined in front of the camera is an understatement.
For Arya’s session, we chased the perfect midwest golden hour light. We wanted a mix of natural elements and timeless backdrops that really let her personality take center stage. Arya brought the absolute best energy, effortlessly transitioning from a radiant, joyful smile to stunning, effortless model-esque poses.
We started the session capturing beautiful, bright portraits showcasing her incredible style, and as the sun began to dip below the tree line, we captured those dreamy, sun-drenched backlit shots that every senior dreams of having. From her perfectly curated outfits to the way the golden light caught her hair, every single detail came together flawlessly.
As a St. Louis senior photographer, my goal is always to make sure your session feels less like a stiff photo shoot and more like a fun, confidence-boosting celebration of who you are right now. Arya made my job so incredibly easy, and I am still swooning over how these turned out!
